Bright House Audio Conferencing provides you with low-cost, high-grade carrier class conferencing services, similar to what most Fortune 500 companies use. With Audio Conferencing you can:

• Access a conference call on your own at a moment’s notice – no operator or Bright House Networks support needed.
• Manage the call using both star features with your touchtone phone as well as through an online portal. Management features include:
  • Mute one or more participants
  • Take a roll call
  • Disconnect certain participants
  • Initiate a recording of the call
• Receive an email at the end of the call giving the host a list of all the participant phone numbers.
• Record calls for later playback online, download for permanent storage or order a CD.
• Assign account codes to facilitate accounting for costs by department, client or project.
• Receive billing of all conference calls included on a single Bright House Networks Business Solutions monthly bill.
• Receive detailed billing by conference call presented online with details of the cost of each call by:
  • Participant and host that dialed into each call
  • Totals for each call
  • Summaries of conference calls by month by Project Accounting code
• Receive a Bright House Networks Toll-Free Audio Conferencing number along with a unique customer account specific Host code and Participant code.
• Choose from Pay as you go or Pre-paid options.

With Bright House Audio Conferencing you have three pricing options to choose from:

• Calls are billed on a per participant minute rate (ppm)
• Calls are charged on a 60 second basis, rounded up to the nearest minute
• Conference call recordings are billed at an additional rate on a per recorded minute basis (treated as an additional participant)

Billing Example:

• If there are 4 parties on a call that dialed in at different times for different durations at $0.08ppm, the billing would be as follows:
  • Host = 60 minutes
  • Participant 1 = 60 minutes
  • Participant 2 = 65 minutes
  • Participant 3 = 40 minutes
• Total Conference minutes = 60 + 60 + 65 + 40 = 225
• Total Charge = 225 x $0.08ppm = $18.00

Getting Started

With Bright House Audio Conferencing from Bright House Networks Business Solutions you can hold calls whenever you need to.

Setting up Your Account

1. Once Audio Conferencing is set up on your account you will recieve a welcome email containing your User Name and PIN.
2. Go to Manage My Services.
3. Under Communication Services, click the Audio Conferencing link to go to the Audio Conferencing Online Management Tool.
4. From here you can set up your account using your User Number and PIN, or sign in
   with your username and password if you have already set up your account.

NOTE: For security reasons your account setup must be completed within 72 hours of receiving the welcome email.

Using Bright House Audio Conferencing

1. Give your participants the date and time of the call, your dial-in number and your conference code.
   
   You should provide participants calling from any number in the US or Canada
   the toll-free number. Any participant dialing in from an international country
   will need to use the toll number. These callers will be responsible for their own
   international long distance charges. Regardless of where participants are
   calling from, you will only be charged at the per participant minute charge
   according to your conference calling plan.
2. At the scheduled time of your call, dial your Bright House Audio Conferencing dial-in number, then follow the voice prompts:
   
   a. Enter your conference code followed by #.
   b. When prompted, press *, then enter your leader PIN followed by #.
3. Your participants will join the conference by dialing your conference number and entering the conference code above as directed by the voice prompts.
4. After every conference call you will receive an email (sent to the email address that the
   welcome email was sent to) containing every phone number that dialed into the
   conference call.

Audio Conferencing Management Tool

With Bright House Audio Conferencing you can access the Audio Conferencing Management tool online to:

• View your upcoming meetings.
• View previous conference calls and download audio files of past calls.
• Manage your account information.
• Receive customer support as well as information on product features.
