Digit codes 800, 866, 877 and 888 are recognized as Toll Free Numbers (TFN). Bright House Networks Business Solutions will enable callers to reach your business directly, without being charged for the call. Your business pays for the calls with a monthly fee for the toll free number.

Bright House Networks Toll Free Number service will provide support for native (Bright House Networks) or ported toll free numbers. For example, you may port all existing toll free numbers or only their primary toll free number. Some businesses may elect all new numbers. The choice is up to you. Toll Free Numbers whether native or ported can also be vanity numbers.

Features

	Caller ID- Provides the name and number of the calling party.
	Call Blocking Options- Offers the ability to determine when the calls come in, who the calls are coming from and which customers you want to accept the calls from.
Optional Features	Vanity Numbers- Include any special requests made for a Toll Free Number, which has significance to your business.
	Toll Free Number (TFN)- buckets of minutes are now available in bundles of 1,000 to 10,000 minutes of in bound calls.
	Call Routing- Routes numbers within the Bright House Networks network.
	Overflow Routing- Send overflow calls to a pre-determined alternate location.
	Time-of-Day Routing- Routes calls to a customer defined location, based upon the time, day and date the call is originated.
	Day-of-Year Routing- Sends calls to a specific number based on a calendar date. Typically used for holiday routing.
	Percentage Allocation Routing- Distributes all in-bound toll-free calls to up to 8 different terminating locations.
	Geographical Routing- Automatically routes calls to the customer's chosen physical address based on the originating location of the caller.
	Alternate Routing- Enables customers to pre-define alternate routing arrangements that can be activated upon the business customer's request.
	Dialed Number Identification Service (DNIS)- Allows identification of a called number when the multiple toll-free numbers share a common facility.
